At Pryde Remodeling, we take customer satisfaction seriously. This means providing quality products, professional workmanship, and courteous customer service throughout every phase of the remodel. Our customers also deserve the peace of mind that comes with strong warranties that are honest and easy to understand. Below is a breakdown of the protection offered to all Pryde Remodeling customers who come to us for siding, windows, and doors. 

General Warranty with Above-Average Protection 

If we installed it, then we will cover it. It’s that simple! The only exception is when damage occurs that falls under the coverage of your homeowner’s insurance. Otherwise, we will fully cover your product for as long as you live in your home, and we will even protect the next homeowner as well! 

Our General Warranty includes: 

• Home Protection: If we accidentally break, damage, or dirty something in your home during the job, then we will take necessary steps to repair, replace, or compensate for your loss. 
• Money-Back Guarantee: We want you to be fully satisfied with the results we provide. If you are not happy with our service, then we will issue a full refund if we are unable to resolve the matter to your satisfaction within 90 days. 
• Price Protection: If you get a quote from a licensed contractor that is less than what we charge for the same service, then we will match that price and give you $250 back for the inconvenience. 
• Yearly Checkups: We check in with you every year for 10 years to make sure that your products continue to look great and function properly. We will even come to your home and inspect the products for free at your request.
• Home Safety Assurance: If someone breaks into your home through a locked window or door that we installed, then we will pay your insurance deductible up to $1,200. 

… and NO fine print! 

There is only one exclusion stated plainly in our entire pledge! The rest of the words are just there to make sure you know how you are covered.
